Journey with us each month as we explore the plants and foods our ancestors used for better health, well-being, and medicine.
Each month we’ll focus on one or two medicinal plants or herbs and explore it’s benefits and uses for self-care and healing.
For those local, we’ll do a once-a-month plant walk in or near the Bloomington area to collect food and useful wild plants and we’ll have a monthly online community gathering to learn together.
For those who are not local, you’ll learn how and where to find or source the plants we choose through our virtual gatherings. All online gatherings and “how to” sessions will be recorded for members!
Over the course of the year, we’ll create our own personal stash of “go to” plants and recipes to use as during cold-flu season and throughout the year!
